Friday Night Magic (MTG) is at Strafe Gaming Lounge

Join us for Friday Night Magic Booster Drafts every Friday Night. Do you want to compete against other Magic the Gathering players for a chance to win prizes and additional cards? Time: 7pm-11pm Each player will receive three booster packs and land is provided. Registration starts at 6:30 pm and prizes will go to the top finishers. We do have DCI cards if you are not already a member of the Wizards Community.

New Games in at Strafe- April 2012

New games have arrived at Strafe Gaming Lounge including: Forza 4, UFC Undisputed 3, Skylanders with over 10 unique characters, Kingdom of Amalur: Reckoning, Soul Caliber V & new cards have arrived; Magic the Gathering: Dark Acsension($3.99) & Yu-Gi-Oh Order of Chaos ($3.75). Single cards for Magic the Gathering are also available and include Sorin the Lord of Innistrad, Liliana of the Veil, Garruk and many others.

New Crew, New Look, New Fun and New Strafe

Stop by to meet some of the new crew and see some new renovations in 2012 including, restaurant-style booth seating & a new concession counter. Strafe also added activities such as: Board Games, Card Games like Magic the Gathering, D&D, Yu-Gi-Oh!, New Tournament Layouts with MLG Rules, Free Food LAN Parties, Free Popcorn Movie Nights: Anime, the Newest Video Games & the 2012 Zombie Run.

Strafe’s Track Out/Camp Program

If your child is tracked-out, off for the summer or just has a day off from school, enroll them in a Strafe camp! Strafe camps provide individual and social skill building. Our program keeps your child’s mind and body active and our camp provides a great balance. You can relax knowing your child is in a safe, supervised and affordable camp where they’ll enjoy meeting new friends and playing their favorite games.

Private Parties- Rent Out the Entire Lounge

How cool would it be to have the entire Strafe Lounge to yourself? The lounge is available 7 days a week for private rental so you can host a birthday party, corporate event, bachelor party, private tournaments or gaming session with friends. Customize your event with unique décor and creative add-ons such as character appearances. Food such as pizzas can be ordered for your event as well!

Video Game Characters Promoting Strafe

Several iconic video game characters can be seen around the area and are helping to promote Strafe Gaming Lounge. Characters such as Link from Zelda, Master Chief from Halo, Lara Croft from Tomb Raider, Sonic the Hedgehog, Cloud Strife from FF7, Lightning from FF13 and of course Mario. See them at Strafe on Main St., on Sundays for Family Funday SunDay, at Special Events and at the F-V Strafe Soccer team games!

Strafe Gaming is an exciting gaming lounge offering a relaxed yet fun environment to play the latest card/video games and technology on the newest gaming systems. The lounge is perfect for families, teens and adults because of age appropriate hours and the wide range of games, activities and events.

Strafe’s main attraction is its numerous video gaming consoles including the Playstation 3, Xbox 360 and Wii systems stationed at large screens with comfortable seating ranging from video rocker chairs, sofas and café tables and chairs.
