Waivers and Forms

The Entertainment Software Rating Board (ESRB) ratings are designed to provide consumers, especially parents, with concise, impartial guidance about the age-appropriateness and content of computer and video games so that they can make informed purchase decisions about the games they deem suitable for their children and families. At Strafe Gaming Lounge we adhere and follow all ESRB ratings. If parents or guardians choose to override the Strafe/ESRB rating system a consent waiver will need to be signed.

Strafe Gaming Lounge does not assume any liability for damage to or loss of personal property while on our premises nor can we store, hold, watch or otherwise “be in charge of” any customer’s personal property.

Also, all customers at Strafe need to sign a general waiver before gaming. Please review the below forms.
